Duro-Lam Lite
WHAT IS
IT?
Duro-Lam Lite combines the structural
strength of wood enhanced by the durability
of a plastic skin. Our PLAS-TEX®
is permanently bonded to Luaun plywood,
making it stiff and quick and easy to
install using mechanical fasteners or
cartridge style construction adhesive.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Duro-Lam Lite can be used for both commercial
and residential applications. Able to
be installed onto wood/metal studs or
girders, it eliminates the need for additional
wall backer support. Use project construction
tube glue applying continuous bead on
studs or along edges of panel back.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Install directly over studs or unfinished
walls with cartridge style construction
adhesive. Reinforcing panels with rivets
or mechanical fasteners is optional. Precondition
panels and moldings for 24 hours at the
final temperature in the room to be applied.
Silicone caulking applied in molding channels
ensures waterproof barrier. Allow 72 hours
for adhesive to cure.
LOW MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is simple with a clean rag
and any household cleaner. The PLAS-TEX®
laminate on Duro-Lam Lite is unaffected
by most corrosive chemicals. Do not use
abrasive cleansers.
